Claire came to coach with MRT in 2014. Her coaching focuses on instilling her love of skiing through a safe, super-fun approach. Her young athletes learn solid fundamental skiing and life skills through alpine skiing, while creating a lifelong love for the sport. Claire started skiing at age 3, ski raced in high school and college, and coached for 8 years in Marquette, MI at Marquette Mountain. She studied Physical Geography and Outdoor Recreation Leadership & Management. She enjoys time with family and friends, plays marimba (Jamba Marimba), and loves the outdoors. She currently works with ESD112 in WA at the Gorge Academy in White Salmon helping students with high-intensity behavioral challenges.
