Our mission is to enhancing lives through alpine skiing. We are excited for another year with our  Devo, Racing, and Big Mountain programs. Our Vision is to provide a program where every individual can reach their full potential both on and off the slopes. We do this through our core values of a team approach, community, inclusivity, and personal growth through a life-long love of sport.

Truly, skiing is one of the greatest sports on the planet and we are here to help our athletes master it! Our focus is on the athlete and we support each person’s development, whether their goal is to simply become a better skier or to pursue the highest goals in ski racing, big mountain skiing or skier x.

The details in the sub menu on our resources tab will give you the information you will need as an employee of the Meadows Race Team. There is information  to familiarize you with our programs and the policies we use to successfully guide us during the season. Please read through this information. Each year bring changes and you need to be familiar with these changes!
