The COMP Team is designed for athletes pursuing high-level competition in US Ski & Snowboard Divisional, Regional, and National Development Programs, including FIS alpine racing.
Athletes commit to mastering the five key domains of alpine skiing: Technical/Tactical, Equipment, Physical Fitness, Mental Skills, and Calendar Management. Coaching is individualized and goal-driven, blending team and personal objectives into a cohesive training and competition plan.
Training includes:
- 4 days/ week on-snow technical and tactical education
- SkillsQuest physical fitness development (aligned with U.S. Ski Team standards)
- Equipment testing, tuning, and setup support
- Mental skills training and performance preparation
- Video review & analysis
- Option to add on Ski X program
MRT athletes train with purpose, motivation, and enjoyment, building the foundation for success both on and off the hill. Out-of-region travel and competition are typical for U14–U21 athletes following a USSS race pathway.
